The leadership team at Wendover Education is dedicated to global education improvement.
The team brings a range of different strengths and holds a wealth of experience from working on local, national and international projects in education over many years.
We have led diverse projects and worked in close partnership with a range of institutions around the world to create high quality learning opportunities, develop education programmes, train fellow educators and improve learning and teaching.
What we have achieved
- Developing and leading national and international teacher training and train the trainer initiatives on behalf of the British Council and International House
- Leading and supporting organisations to achieve internationally recognised accreditation from such organisations as awarding bodies, the Council of International Schools (CIS), Ofsted, the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), British Schools Overseas (BSO) and the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI)
- Working on inspection teams for the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), the Council of International Schools (CIS), Cambridge International Education (CIE) and the Council of British International Schools (COBIS)
- Achieving International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) accreditation in the Primary Years Programme, the Middle Years Programme and the Diploma Programme for schools in Turkey and Vietnam
- Bespoke onboarding of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to support their learning, develop confidence and, where appropriate, prepare them for entry or re-entry into mainstream education.
- Working with the British International School Ukraine (BISU), delivering a full key stage 3 secondary school programme to all BISU students in years 7, 8 and 9.
- Taking on trustee positions in independent schools in the UK

Experience on diverse projects
- The development and leadership of Longman Education teacher training in Palestine and the Gulf;
- Trans-European Mobility Programme for University Studies (TEMPUS);
- Methodist education provision in Bolivia;
- Delivering online English programmes to the Arctic School in Siberia;
- Training teachers in Dubai working at the Ghoghnous Language Institute in Iran;
- Supporting the Turkish Ministry of National Education (Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı) to develop the international and citizenship aspects of their secondary education curriculum.
